This portal is exclusively for internal training and professional development of Orion Group staff. You agree to:

• Use the portal only for legitimate training purposes
• Not share your login credentials with any other person
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Not use automated tools to complete assessments or manipulate scores
• Complete assessments honestly, representing your own knowledge

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, training materials, questions, explanations, and resources on this portal are the intellectual property of The Orion Group of Hotels. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content outside the portal
• Share assessment questions or answers with individuals who have not taken the course
• Use the content for any commercial purpose

Content is provided for your personal professional development within The Orion Group only.

4. Assessment Integrity

The assessments on this portal are designed to genuinely measure your understanding of the course material. You are expected to:

• Complete all assessments independently
• Not refer to answer keys or share questions with others
• Report your genuine understanding — scores are used to track your progress and identify training needs

Artificially inflated scores harm your own development and mislead management about team training needs.

5. Progress Data & Monitoring

Your assessment scores, module progress, and activity on this portal are visible to authorised administrators within The Orion Group management team. This data may be used to:

• Assess individual and team training effectiveness
• Identify areas where additional support or training is needed
• Inform HR and management decisions related to professional development
• Generate department-wide training reports

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access this portal. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately to your manager or to mrinal@cretorial.com.

7. Availability & Changes

The Orion Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this portal at any time. Course content may be updated, corrected, or expanded without prior notice. We will endeavour to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Termination

Access to this portal may be suspended or terminated if you:

• Leave employment with The Orion Group
• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Misuse the platform or its content

9. Limitation of Liability

The Orion Group provides this portal on an "as is" basis for internal training purposes. We make no warranties that course content is exhaustive or free from error. The portal complements — but does not replace — on-the-job training, management guidance, and professional judgement.
